Vasileia takes care of the right selection and preservation of vegetables. This is how she creates the most imaginative and delicious salads. Having more than 20 years of experience in traditional kitchens, she is responsible for the cold cuisine of Yiarenis.

Efterpi has been in Yiarenis' kitchen since the restaurant opened its doors. Her favourite phrase is "cleanliness is half nobility" and that is why she makes sure everything is spotless. Her love and knowledge in cooking define her as a valuable member of Yiarenis' kitchen.

Primi is the mistress of Yiarenis' kitchen. Her own order gives a special taste and flavour to traditional recipes. Before the dishes are brought to the client, they are checked according to her demanding criteria. She wants perfection and demands it with kindness.
